The Electrical Contact Temperature Measurement Device is an intelligent system designed for high, medium, and low voltage power systems (110KV, 6-35KV, and 0.4KV) where precise temperature monitoring is critical. This modern high-tech product integrates online temperature measurement, data collection, data analysis, and control functions into a single unit. All technical specifications meet international standards. The device features online collection of contact temperatures (with selectable contact points), and the data continuation unit can be customized according to the site requirements. It offers communication interfaces that can connect to computer monitoring systems, supporting RS485 interface MODBUS-RTU communication protocol or other specified protocols (optional), with configurable communication baud rates. The design incorporates various anti-interference measures, ensuring stable operation within power systems. The panel protection rating is IP54, and the housing protection rating is IP20.

 

Main Functions

 

1. **Multi-Channel Wireless Temperature Measurement and Real-Time Display**: The device measures and displays temperatures wirelessly in real-time across multiple channels.

2. **Alarm Temperature Upper and Lower Limit Settings and Display**: Users can set and display upper and lower temperature limits for alarms.

3. **Event Recording Function**: It records the most recent twelve high-temperature alarm events, each with a timestamp.

4. **Current Date and Time Display**: The system shows the current date and time, with automatic leap year adjustment.

5. **Communication Address and Baud Rate Setting**: Users can configure the communication address and baud rate.

6. **Wireless Temperature Collection, Storage, Display, and Alarm Functions**: It includes wireless collection, storage, display of contact temperatures, and alarm and cooling functions (with optional sound or light alarms and auxiliary ventilation equipment).

7. **Data Communication Function**: All data can be transmitted via the data communication bus to an upper-level collector or a host computer system.
